          Have you ever gotten a “fortune” that is just so rambling and disjointed that no sense can be made of it? If you think about it, it’s quite an accomplishment to cause that much confusion in a single sentence, and on such a small slip of paper! 

          Usually, adding “in bed” to the ends of these convoluted or cryptic quips doesn’t even make for a good zinger. And where’s the fun in that? Maybe these fortunes sounded better in Chinese...
