Complain About Bad Fortunes
    

          There are few things more satisfying as a consumer than giving the maker of a sub-par product a piece of your mind. Write a letter or an email, leave a phone message. 

          Be creative with it – send them one of their own fortune cookies with the fortune replaced (see how to do this!) with a one-sentence note of complaint. “If you can’t write better fortunes, things are looking very bad for your company.” “Fortune: [definition from Websters]” If you have some better zingers, let me know...
